India to serve summons to Hafiz Saeed in Lahore over Pahalgam terror attack: Report

India will serve court summons to LeT chief Hafiz Saeed in Lahore through diplomatic channels after NIA issued non-bailable warrant against him in connection with Pahalgam terror attack, a News18 report said. If Saeed doesn't respond, the case could move towards a trial in absentia. Summons create a legal record that Saeed was given an opportunity to participate in proceedings.
