A recent report reveals the hospitality industry faced 2,291 weekly cyberattacks per organization in May 2026, a 24% yearly increase. Over 47,000 new travel-related domains emerged in a single month, with hackers creating fake websites mimicking platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb to steal user data.
