The Ministry of External Affairs has urged Iran and Israel to avoid any escalatory steps after Israel attacked Iran's nuclear and military sites on Friday. The ministry said it is "deeply concerned", adding, "We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, including reports related to attacks on nuclear sites." India stands ready to extend all possible support, it further stated.
