Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India would "rebalance" its proposed trade pact with US if the circumstances change following the US Supreme Court’s decision to strike down President Donald Trump's country-specific tariffs. "Should the circumstances change, the deal will be rebalanced…The deal has many elements," he said. "A trade deal is not about what the tariff is," he added.
