India women's badminton team advances to 4th straight quarterfinal at Asian Games

India's women's badminton team defeated Kazakhstan 3–0 to secure a spot in the quarterfinals at the Asian Games 2026 in Japan on Sunday. The win saw India advance to their fourth consecutive Asian Games quarterfinal, following appearances in 2014, 2018 and 2022. Indian shuttlers PV Sindhu, Unnati Hooda and Tanvi Sharma all won their singles matches in straight games.
