Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi said that Army is not looking at gender equality but gender neutrality. "Today, I'm not able to ensure gender neutrality because there are medical authorities that don't allow me," he said, adding that with time, "we'll open up firstly the supporting arms...and then the arms, and then of course the special forces."
