Indian Army Chief Gen Upendra Dwivedi commended Major Rohit Bachwala, who helped a woman deliver her baby on a foot-over bridge at Jhansi Railway Station in UP. Gen Dwivedi said Bachwala demonstrated professional acumen and exceptional selfless commitment beyond the call of duty. Bachwala used a pocket knife, hair clips and towel to deliver the baby at the railway station.
