Indian Army officially opens Hemkund Sahib for devotees

Ahead of the yatra season, the Indian Army opened the gates of Hemkund Sahib after performing ardas. Located at 4,329 metres, this sacred Sikh shrine remains closed during winter due to heavy snowfall. Army personnel also cleared snow and prepared the site to ensure a smooth and safe pilgrimage for devotees.
