Indian fintech funding fell 63% to $2 billion in 2023: Tracxn

Funding in India's fintech sector fell 63% from $5.4 billion in 2022 to $2 billion in 2023, a report by Tracxn said. The year saw the creation of only one unicorn, InCred, and two IPOs, Zaggle and Veefin. Bengaluru led the funding in fintech space, followed by Mumbai and Jaipur, the report added.
