Indian companies registered 1,134 cases related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at workplace in FY2023, out of which 996 were shown as disposed of, an Excellence Enablers' Survey on Corporate Governance revealed. It added that companies didn't make it clear how many of these allegations were established and what remedial action was taken.
