An Indian man, identified as Kapil Raghu, was detained for four weeks after police mistook a perfume bottle in his car as an illegal drug, The Guardian reported. Raghu was stopped by the police in Benton, Arkansas, on May 3 for a minor traffic violation when they found a perfume bottle labelled 'Opium' and assumed it contained the banned narcotic.
