A 32-year-old Indian national, Upendra Aduru, has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for attempting to entice a minor into illegal sexual activity, a US Attorney announced on Thursday. Court documents revealed that between September 2022 and October 2022, Aduru was in the United States on a student visa.
