An Indian Reddit user working at Amazon said his manager told him "there's a pretty good chance" that the firm will terminate him. He said the manager suggested he instead resign himself so that he can leave without serving the notice period and get "notice period money". He said the manager further said that he'll be "blacklisted" if he's terminated.
