An Indian man, Jaskirat Singh, was sentenced to jail for five years and three months in UK for smuggling people to France. The 25-year-old earned around £185,000 (over ₹2.30 crore) between December 2024 and March 2026, UK's Crown Prosecution Service said. It added that he advertised smuggling people successfully to France through images and videos on TikTok.
