A 38-year-old Indian man was arrested by Abu Dhabi police for embezzling around ₹1.5 crore from LuLu Group. Identified as Muhammad Niyas, the man worked as a cash office-in-charge at the LuLu Hypermarket at Khalidiyah Mall in Abu Dhabi. The company discovered the fraud and informed the police after Niyas didn't report to work and his phone was switched off.
