An Indian civil engineer died while scuba diving off Jumeirah Beach in Dubai on Friday during the Eid Al Adha holidays. The 29-year-old man, identified as Issac Paul Olakkengil, was with his family when the incident occurred. He suffered a cardiac arrest after experiencing difficulty breathing underwater and couldn't be revived, according to his family. He was originally from Kerala.
