Indian-origin doctor shot dead in US

Indian-origin doctor Ramesh Babu Peramsetty was shot in the US. Dr Ramesh, who was from Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati district, was known for his contributions in the field of healthcare and practised as a physician in Tuscaloosa. Local reports said that a street in Tuscaloosa was named after him due to his significant contributions in the medical field.
