An Indian-origin cab driver has sued Australian police for racially vilifying him and for slapping a false indecent act charge against him. The incident took place in 2023 when a local falsely accused him of masturbating in his car. The lawsuit mentions the body-cam footage of an arresting officer saying, "F***ing Indians, mate, they are a bunch of f***ing perverts."
