Individuals from white British and Indian ethnic groups have recorded significant gains in median wealth since 2012, while the Pakistani ethnic group has seen a sharp decline, according to a London School of Economics report. The median wealth of Indian ethnicity increased by £93,000 (₹1.1 crore). Meanwhile, over 50% of adults in the Bangladeshi and Pakistani communities had no savings.
