Indian Railways Rules: As per the guidelines issued by the Railways, no passenger can talk on mobile at high volume or listen to music at high decibels without earphones in his seat, compartment or coach. Apart from the yellow colored night light, no passenger is allowed to keep any other big light on in the train after 10 pm.
