India’s five listed REITs managed over 187 million sq ft of Grade A office and retail assets as of Q4FY26. The Indian REIT market’s gross asset value crossed ₹2.72 lakh crore, while combined market capitalisation exceeded ₹1.70 lakh crore. Listed REITs have cumulatively distributed over ₹31,700 crore to unitholders since inception.
