A video has surfaced showing an Indian man virtually manning a reception desk via video call at a hotel in US' Miami. The man was seen dictating check-in instructions to the guest and generating the registration form, which the guest was able to sign virtually using a screen. "[Outsourcing] should just become illegal," a user said. "Very cool!" said another.
