Indian sprinter Dutee Chand's case in regards to the performance-boosting effects of testosterone in female athletes is set to be reopened by the IAAF. The organisation is set to use the results of a study which have revealed that athletes with high levels of naturally occurring testosterone receive significant performance-enhancing benefits in athletic competitions.
