Ramesh Prabhu, Gameskraft Technologies' ex-Group CFO, voluntarily confessed in an email that he diverted the startup's funds over 3-4 years for his personal investments in F&O trading. The email came to light after Gameskraft filed a complaint and an FIR was filed against Prabhu in Bengaluru. His fund diversion, which involved no other employee, caused ₹270-crore loss to Gameskraft.
