A court ordered a Bengaluru-based techie's former employer to pay his pending dues worth ₹3 lakh with a 6% yearly interest rate after the former sued the latter for leaving him stranded in Uganda for months in 2019-2020. The complainant claimed he was left without financial or technical support amid COVID-19 lockdown and bought his air ticket to India.
