A 42-year-old Dubai-based Indian woman won the Dubai Duty Free (DDF) Millennium Millionaire draw worth $1 million (around ₹8.3 crore). The woman, named Payal, hails from Punjab and had been buying DDF tickets for the past 12 years. Payal said she had used the cash gift her husband gave her on their anniversary to buy the ticket.
