Indian-origin doctor suspended for pork comment to colleague in UK

A UK-based Indian-origin doctor was suspended by a medical tribunal for making an offensive comment towards her Muslim colleague, who is originally from Pakistan. The accused, identified as Dr Colathor Eshwari, had reportedly uttered the phrase "porky sausages" towards her colleague several times. Dr Eshwari, who was practising at the Hereford County Hospital, will remain suspended for six months.
