Indian-origin journalist Megha Rajagopalan, Alison Killing and Christo Buschek of BuzzFeed News won the 2021 Pulitzer Prize in International Reporting. They were honoured for their "innovative investigative reports" harnessing satellite technology that exposed China's mass detention camps for Muslim Uighurs. Megha shared a picture of a congratulatory text by her father, which went viral.
