US-based Outcome Health's 37-year-old Co-founders, Rishi Shah and Shradha Agarwal, have been convicted in the US of a $1 billion fraud. Founded in 2006, Outcome installed television screens and tablets in doctors' offices and then sold advertising space on those devices. They sold advertising inventory the company didn't have to Outcome's clients and under-delivered on its advertising campaigns.
