A 57-year-old Indian-origin Singaporean woman has been accused of being involved in the biggest case of bribery in the US Navy. As a lead contract specialist for the Navy, Sharon Rachael Gursharan Kaur allegedly received nearly ₹65 lakh in bribes in return for providing confidential information. More than 10 US Navy officials have pleaded guilty to corruption in the scandal.
