Billionaire investor Vinod Khosla said it's "pretty important" to build very strong teams to build stronger startups and he doesn't see that much of a focus on that in India as compared to the US. "You'll have to invest early. It's very hard to hire that talent later. It has to be in the startup's core gene pool," he added.
