Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Friday stated that the recovery rate for coronavirus cases in India is about 63% while the mortality rate is 2.72%. Meanwhile, he added, "Around 2.7 lakh tests are being done daily. Despite being such a large country, we have not reached the community transmission stage of COVID-19."
