India has reported 13,091 new COVID-19 cases and 340 deaths in the last 24 hours. This comes a day after the country saw 11,466 new cases and 460 deaths. India's active caseload stood at 1,38,556, the lowest in 266 days, while the daily positivity rate stood at 1.10%. The country's death toll surged to 4,62,189.
