India's daily COVID-19 cases rise to 45,892; 817 deaths recorded in 24 hours
India has reported 45,892 new COVID-19 cases and 817 more deaths in the last 24 hours, as per the Union Health Ministry. This comes after the country reported 43,733 COVID-19 cases and 930 deaths on Wednesday. With this, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country reached 3,07,09,557, while the death toll surged to 4,05,028.
