India's first aluminium-body metro train was flagged off for Maha-Metro's Pune project at an event held at Kolkata on Saturday. According to officials, Titagarh was given the order for the manufacture and supply of 102 metro coaches for the Pune Metro project in 2019. Titagarh will supply three trains from its plant in Italy and the remaining from India.
