India's first pollinator park was inaugurated on Tuesday at Haldwani in Uttarakhand's Nainital district. It has around 50 different pollinator species, which include various species of butterflies, honeybees, birds and other insects. "The park has marigold, rose, hibiscus, jasmine for honeybees and butterflies, birds and moth species," Chief Conservator of Forest (Research) Sanjiv Chaturvedi said.
