India will kick off its first-ever 5G spectrum auction today, with four players looking to bid on 72 GHz of spectrum worth ₹4.3 lakh crore. Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and new entrant Adani Data Networks are set to participate in the auction. The auction will be held for spectrum in various low, mid and high frequency bands.
