India's Hexaware buys US' Mobiquity for ₹1,270cr in its biggest deal

Indian IT services firm Hexaware Technologies on Friday said it bought privately owned Mobiquity for $182 million (₹1,270 crore), to expand its cloud and automation service offerings. This is the largest-ever acquisition by the Mumbai-based company. US-based Mobiquity, whose customers include Amazon Web Services, Rabobank, Philips and Backbase, recorded revenues of $70 million in 2018.
