While addressing the World Economic Forum's Davos Agenda on Thursday, PM Narendra Modi said, "It is estimated that the infrastructure needs of [India]...would be around $4.5 trillion by 2040." He added, "I believe that government and industry would have to achieve this goal in unison. Government is continuously working towards providing stable environment and all help."
