India's largest syringe maker allowed to restart production by CAQM

India's largest syringe maker Hindustan Syringes and Medical Devices (HMD) has been allowed to restart production after it was told to temporarily shut down its plants in Haryana to control pollution. HMD had earlier warned that syringes were already in short supply. "We're thankful to CAQM and Haryana State Pollution Control Board for the partial reprieve," MD Rajiv Nath said.
