IndiGo Co-Founder Rahul Bhatia's InterGlobe Enterprises is reportedly in the final stage of talks to acquire Burger King's India franchise from private equity firm Everstone Capital for ₹1,400 crore. Burger King India operates around 200 outlets and generated sales of ₹389 crore in 2017-18. InterGlobe currently has interests in aviation, hospitality, real estate, IT services and travel booking.
