IndiGo Founders Rahul Bhatia and Rakesh Gangwal are reportedly locked in dispute over the airline's management control and appointment of key executives. Bhatia and Gangwal, who hold 38% and 37% stake in IndiGo respectively, have hired law firms for dispute resolution. Most of the expatriate executives hired recently were reportedly handpicked by Gangwal from his former employer United Airlines.
