IndiGo parent InterGlobe Aviation has received GST demand orders totalling around ₹116 crore. In an exchange filing, the company said the demand is related to services provided to offshore recipient and denied input tax credit for certain financial years. The company added that it is in the process of contesting the orders before the appropriate appellate authority.
