IndiGo operator InterGlobe Aviation pays ₹2.1 cr to settle case with SEBI

InterGlobe Aviation, the operator of India's largest airline IndiGo, has paid ₹2.1 crore to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to settle a case pertaining to violation of corporate governance norms. The company paid the sum without admitting any violation. The proceedings were initiated after IndiGo Co-founder Rakesh Gangwal filed several complaints with SEBI in July 2019.
