IndiGo tweets 'glad to hear that' to passenger's complaint

After a passenger complained to IndiGo on Twitter about his misplaced luggage, the domestic carrier's handle responded by saying, "Glad to hear that." The passenger was flying to Kolkata but his luggage was sent to Hyderabad. The passenger, who had put up a sarcastic post about the incident, later tweeted, "How dumb can you be?" to the airline.
