The IPO of IndiQube Spaces, a managed workplace solutions company, will open on July 23, 2025, its RHP showed. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹650 crore and an OFS of ₹50 crore by the promoters, Rishi Das and Meghna Agarwal. The company proposed to use the funds for funding capex towards new centres and debt repayment.
