Four entities, including Infibeam Avenues' senior officials and its promoter group firm Infinium Motors (Gujarat), have settled an alleged insider trading case with SEBI after paying ₹2.9 crore collectively. The Infibeam officials are MD Vishal Mehta and CFO Hiren Padhya. The entities proposed to settled the case without admitting or denying findings of fact and conclusions of law, SEBI said
