Dimensions Corporate Finance Services MD Ajay Srivastava said that while inflation is bad for the economy, it is good for corporates as the profits are better. "[Corporates] are able to command the premium in the market and get away with price increase [during inflation]," Srivastava said. Inflation is good for stock market as balance sheet goes up, he added.
