Noida-based IT firm Info Edge invested ₹300 crore in its fully-owned subsidiary Startup Investments (Holding) Limited (SIHL), the firm said in a regulatory filing. The capital will be used to explore other investment opportunities like contribution towards alternative investment funds (AIFs) managed by Info Edge-owned Smartweb Internet Services. Info Edge owns portals like Naukri and 99acres.
