The Delhi High Court on Monday set aside an order by the Central Information Commission that directed Delhi University to disclose information about PM Narendra Modi's degree. CIC passed the order in 2016. In an earlier hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the records could be produced in court but not in public domain, as it would serve political motives.
